Personally, I like Lionland. We don't need everything in our nation to start with "Fana". And none of the "Camalo-" names sound very natural.

Well I don't really like any of them, with the exception of Lionland. What exactly is a Cengiz?

Also, not to be a prig, but Moss (who voted for Abstania) hasn't signed the Citizen Registry.

Nothing on this list is more provincial (or British) than Copeland, but it looks like we would rather use the naming of our first province as a way to honor one of Prince's former girlfriends.

As one of Harry Potter's professors would say: "Well done!"

I can think of many names more British than Copeland. No British shires have a "land" ending.

On Edit: Upon further review, I've discovered that Westmoreland is a shire whose name ends with "land."

Vote Avalonia, as it matches the Capital of Camelot and because it rings nice.
Fanashire is too generic in line with Fanatannia.

I usually agree with RegentFan on FDG issues, but not this time.

Ashfanham has it right --- the name Fanashire is the most uninspired choice imagfanable, and it doesn't even fan off the tongue nicely. But perhaps we fan fanvince our Fanident DaveShack to alter his city naming choice to Fanalot, so that we fan have a trite little matching set.

If Fanashire goes on to win, we will have fanned out at the plate in out in our first at-bat. As you fan guess, I am a non-fan of this name and would rather have our province named after a girl that Prince fanned. FAN-TASTIC!

Fanspectfully,
Fanovan Zoi
Fanary of Fans and Fantles

No, I have my principles....and yes, I know the correct spelling of her name, but that wouldn't have helped my argument too much now, would it have? :groucho:
