This is the term 10 nomination thread for Governor of Confusion.

I'm short of time right now, will fill in job description if requested or as time permits.

Nominations close about midnight GMT 9/27 to allow 3 days for election threads, if any.

I realise noms have closed, but I'm willing to keep doing this job if the Pres (or whoever appoints Governors) wants to take me on.
