Governors, stop building cavalrys please, we do not need more cavalrys since we are the mightiest nation so far. If we are to war against any major nation, we would use
modern troops, and take out small attacks with more old material.

Cavalrys cannot upgrade.

The only request from MSAV is to build a Privateer and a Frigate in your province, the rest will be built by Kitakinu and Hairando for the Western Navy. This reform takes 25 turns to implement so you have plenty of time. Furuyama and Zojoji would be the navy producers. Since we are going into a peaceful period, Zarnia should concentrate on civilian infrastructure.

Zojoji's resources are currently tied up with Magellan's Voyage, it will begin to produce the naval ships after Magellan's is completed. Furuyama is currently focusing on infrastructure and will not be participating in any military builds.

When I saw the posted Instructions for Zarnia, I was like "What?" I'm glad the President asked beforehand as the Zojoji Instruction; Zojoji: worker, Privateer, wealth could cause us some problems. It's always best to list the current project being built in the build queues, Governor Blackheart. Putting (c) for current never hurts either. With the way you have it now, someone (and I don't specifically mean donsig) could say that the President/DP didn't follow legally posted Instructions. We shouldn't be tempting people here. Please start putting the current project as the first item. Thanks.

Also, if you look at the pictures of Zojoji, you see we have little or no food. Is there a specific reason you chose Zojoji to build a Worker, as opposed to a city like Immo that has flood plains? I realize that the Wonder should take us past the next T/C (turn wise), but a Privateer and a Frigate was requested by the MSAV, why have you put Wealth in there?

Ironclads are available separately.

Since these obviously do not upgrade to the other, I ask (as in request) you to modify your instructions to change the Frigate to an Ironclad.

Governor Blackheart, I come to you with two suggestions. I hope it's not too late for the emergency T/C.

First, our humble city is on the brink of starvation. If we could move the Laborer from the Forest to the mined Grassland to the North (see picture below), we could stop the starvation and remain strong. Hopefully, we can get that mined Grassland tile Railed soon, to increase it's value.

Also, I agree with the President and MA about the current and future projects in our shipyards. I believe we should switch to Ironclads instead of Frigates and Privateers.

Hopefully, we can make these changes before the T/C.

Given that Zojoji is in a bay, while Furuyama is on a more straight coast, I would think thatFuruyama would need a Coastal Fort more. Maybe tacking it on before Colleseum might be helpful.

Dear Governor. I have reviewed your build queue for our fine city (3rd best city on the planet!) and I have to disagree with spending our resources on a Courthouse. Zojoji is one of the closest neighbors to the Capital and does not suffer from corruption. We have very patriotic and devoted citizens here. A courthouse would be an uneeded expenditure. Can we please remove the Courthouse from the queue and go straight to the Factory? By the way, Zojoji is now the nation's leading city in shield production! YEA!

Point taken, considered, and que changed. I added courthouse because Zojoji now has 3 corruption, instead of 2 in the monarchial days. A courthouse will have to be reevaluated after we get hospitals. And congratulations, maybe now Zojoji can mass produce small figurines of the nation's governmental figures for children everywhere to play with!

I thought about that, but considering that Furuyama probably won't finish the Cathedral within the next 2 TCs, I'll leave it out for now. Once the Cathedral is done I will reassess if a coastal fortress need is urgent.
