I will accept the position providing no-one else who has no post would like to take it up. I posted earlier that i would abdicate the role if i got the foreign minister post.

Well I wouldn't worry too much because you'll be the deputy to Jayne, and she's quite reliable for attending the forums and looking at the saved game and things. She said she'd be away for a few days in the Holidays thread so you may have to step in then, but what she has done so far looks pretty comprehensive and you shouldn't need to do anything for at least a turn or two.

Im not worried about the workload! I just dont want to hog 2 positions, I would rather other people get a chance.
