And as a start for the new term, I have talked a bit with miccofl.

I also got a world resource map from him, including location for saltpeter. I am happy to inform that we have 2 sources of saltpeter on our lands, one of them already connected!

As for the invasion, I just hope they can win out. I also hope that CGN has a decent navy.

This of course means that CGN now has Gunpowder, and should now be able to endure some of the GWT onslaught.

I'm not sure that under the current rules that we can legally be told where the Saltpeter resources are. I think because we don't have the technology to see it we aren't allowed to know where it is.

Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?

Well, I dunno about it really. But I don't think it really is wrong, it is part if the MSDG tactics IMHO.

I think it is aginst the rules in a C3C MSDG but since in PTW games maps are tradeable at mapmaking.

I don't think we are talking about the same thing Emp. I'm not questioning the legality of trading maps, that is definitely OK at this point. I'm questioning the legality of being told where resources are that we don't have the technology to see ourselves.

I'm probably just being paranoid, but I wanted to make sure no one else thought that was the case.

Premier Miccofl Resigns Post

ARHUS, NETATOLIA - Due to personal reasons stemming from a recent strategic city gifting from GWT to GCA, Premier Miccofl has decided to step down after nearly 4500 years of continuous rule. This is the latest development in the escalating rivalry in the west, one which has Netatolia holding the save for yet a third day.

Fanatikese President Donovan Zoi learned of this news via return correspondence to a message he had sent in hopes of convincing the 'Tolians to stay in the game.

Here is the thread regarding the recent moves by GWT/GCA. In it you can sense Miccofl's growing frustration, and why our President felt it necessary to speak with him personally.

Here is President Zoi's email:

Miccofl and citizens of Netatolia,

I understand that you object to the current moves made by GWT/GCA and
admit that I may not know the extent of such at this time. I also
apologize that though our nation is favorable towards your general cause,
I am not opposed to the recent moves carried out by allied nations.

Incidentally, there was a time when I had hoped that Fanatikese ships
would one day be allowed passage through your canal cities in order to
assist with the war(some time after Navigation was discovered, of
course). Alas, that opportunity is now gone, but the concept remains the
same. So with two friends across the pond that may need to implement this
same scenario one day on your behalf, you may want to consider letting
this slide so that we can all benefit from it later.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this, as well as how your cities are
faring in the battles against these crafty foes. I do hope that your team
decides to stick it out, so that together we may one day mete out some
well-deserved justice.

The matter is now out of my hands as I have resigned as Premier of Netatolia
effective immediately. My staying on was helping no one and was causing me
undue stress toward something that was supposed to be fun. I will be
remaining part of the team no matter what they decide, monitoring the chat
channels and passing along information and communications as needed. Any

It has been a pleasure to work with you but after almost 4500 years as
Premier of Netatolia, my time as its leader is at an end.

Cheetah, I would recommend that we try to contact the new premier as soon as possible to see how he stands on certain issues. And if possible please try to arrange an open meeting between new Premier ShadowLord and myself.

That would be fine with me, Lord Zarn. I hope that you don't see my initial request as stepping on your toes in any way. Quite obviously, yourself and Cheetah should attend this meeting as well, if possible.

The best times for me are Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, from 4pm to 7pm EST.

I really hope Netatolia don't stop playing. If so, I think we can see this game as a dead one.

Acctualy that isn't entirely correct. The ranking goes more like this:

1. The great cats (Tigers, Lions, Cheetahs, Leopards, etc)
2. Wolfs
3. Dogs
4. Cats
