(Notes: this province was formally known as Hill-arious, the name changed at the request of many citizens who share my desire that this region of Fanatika become less of a joke. As this is my first public edict as governor, I offer an apology ahead of time to anyone whose protocols or prerogatives I might have violated. Sound advice, corrections, and useful instruction are always welcome.)
After great travail, the good people of the Fanatikan Quellewasser (Source of Waters) are to have a government of their own, one that sees their land as something more than a trampling path for armies and a bottomless well of cheap labor! To that end, my new administration will set us on a course to develop the natural resources of the country, so admirably situated in the mid-continent, and to allow the citizenry to further the cause of their own happiness, piety, and freedom, the birthright of all the peoples of Fanatika.
To that end, I will be asking for the production of Quellewassen cities to be redirected. Below is a preliminary reckoning, with the names of cities translated into classical Fanatikan. The name usage noted is subject to a legal ruling, of course. I believe all of these cities are currently without elected mayors.
Nagasaki (Grüner Hügel Green Hill) Switch production to temple, rush if funds are available, build a courthouse. Nagasaki has been serving as Fanatikas most important military magazine for some time and deserves to be rewarded.
Fukushima (Gebirgssenke Mountain Vale) Like Chittagong, this city is underdeveloped and needs to be built up instead of serving as an armory. Ill do a site survey and work out a development plan.
Chittagong (Hohenweisse High Waters) This city is to underdeveloped to serve as a primary armory. I will tour the city and come up with a more suitable development plan.
Pune (Zwischenholz Between the Woodlands) I am agreeable to Pune producing more workers only if they are kept within the provincial boundaries. We need at least six crews from the Federal pool to develop the province properly.
Larsa (Schönverläss Beautiful Leaves) -- Please switch to a courthouse and begin building a factory. Schönverläss will serve as the Provincial capital and should serve as a showcase of good government.
Jaipur (Rassenblume -- Vale of Flowers) -- I would like to rush the granary and develop the city for independent growth. Formal plans later today.

Addenda: apparently some clerical error led to my being rank as Leutnantoberst (Lieutenant Colonel) in some documents. This rank would not allow me command of even a single regiment in the Fanatikan Army. As I am, by election, the second ranking officer in the military hierarchy, I can only assume the reference was meant to be to Oberstgeneral, or Colonel-General.
Addenda: More geographical names to be filed as I have time to tour the province and accumulate records for the Gubernatorial Library.
