I don't know, do we? Have I been PD for two terms? Rather than cause a JR (since the one I was promised two terms ago still hasn't been done) I will unaccept and unselfnominate and go to another judicial thread and selfnominate and self accept there.
I've been too busy the past few weeks to keep up with this game, so I'm hesitant to accept, or try for a position. 
Let's do it this way. I'll self-nominate and accept for this position, but if someone else comes along and wishes to give it a try, than I'll respectfully back out. I don't wish to see the position vacant, but I prefer seeing it held by someone more able to take part in the game.
