How do you change the amount of damage per turn done by different terrain types? Please note that I am not looking for the option in the BUG menu to turn it off.

In Assets\XML\Terrain Find CIV4TerrainInfos file. Look for this line: <iHealthPercent>-15</iHealthPercent>

Iirc, Tundra, Snow, Desert, and Ice has this line. But check the whole file to be sure.

Adjust the >-15< to the value (% of damage you want). Must be -x to give damage.

Thanks, thats what I thought, but it doesnt seem to be working for me. Earlier when I added the value to peaks the damage was capped at 15% for some reason. Now the value doesnt seem to be working for peaks at all.

The good thing though is that now at least i know what is -supposed- to work, now I just have to figure out why it isnt. It was so frustrating not knowing.

EDIT:
Clarification, apparently I never got damage per turn to work on peaks. The peaks I was looking at the first time were in deserts or tundra, the peaks i was looking at the second time were not. The iHealthPercent tag doesnt seem to work on peaks.

Is there something i should change somewhere else to enable iHealthPercent on peaks?

It would be in the SDK for Usable Mountains I think. Unfamiliar territory for me.
