Terrain Question

Hi all. I am currently playing games with very few mountains and zero deset tiles. While I like the removal of these (almost) useless tiles, I do miss seeing Flood Plains. I would like to be able to create maps that only place desert tiles next to rivers, essentially making all the desert tiles Flood Plains. When I say create, I mean making it so that the game does this for me automatically, so I don't have to go into World Builder. Thanks in advance to those who help
