terrain tooltip bug

at some point in the early game terrain tooltips ( the one that pops up telling you how much yields the tile gives etc. ) stopped working. I went to main menu and now clicking Mods does not work either. I'll try clearing cache..

reloaded save, terrain tooltips still not working. it seemed to happen after I chose the liberty policy that gives happiness.

Could you post your lua.log file after the problem appears? It will likely contain an error message for tracking down this problem.

Same versions, same issue. Not sure about policy selection having any effect though. After going back to main menu, the MOD button is non responsive. Terrain tooltips just seem buggy; I can get them to come back on. I thought it might be IGE.

there you go, for the record I'm also using infoaddict v19, light touch v6, and R.E.D. v15 with Just Ethnic Diversity.

Thank you, that led me straight to the bug. It should be fixed in civup v40.
