civ 4 is coming out before this year is over, i really hope your 2.0 will come before that. because when civ4 arrives civ3 will definatly be buried. please, we love your work, we're dying waiting!!! :sad:
 
I am well aware of the aproximate release date for Civ4 and feel pretty confident this project will be complete before that time. As a matter of fact, I will most likely be making a major move at the end of August (somewhere in Asia) - so I really have no choice but to be done by then. :)
 
I have to disagree with you Nachos; from everything I have seen of Civ4 it will be an entirely different animal then Civ3, as much as Civ3 was from Civ2, and not all of it for the better IMHO. I will wait and see it for myself when it comes out, but I still play Civ 2 scenarios a lot, I am not likely to "dump" Civ3 just because the bright, shiny new toy happens to be out. ;)

I said so many months ago that this would never get finished and it still isn't. This guy has been promising this for over a year now. Civ 4 is now coming out soon and I guarantee this won't be done by then. Actually TET will probably say " he wants to wait to incorporate some CIV4 stuff into his version 2.0" I understand that making something like this takes a while but come on. You've been saying its almost done for months and months and still nothing. The fact is you haven't and never will deliver. Thanks for the try but you just don't have what it takes to put out the product that you bragged about all these months. Just put it to rest and concentrate on the important things in your life because this is never gonna happen,

ooooo sportsninja scary name ooooo im all afriad.... hey id rip the entire piss out of you sports ninja but to be honest it'd jus all get -blam- ified and the fact is im lazy so how about you jus go find sumthing else wit your amazing life rather than critisize others' awesum work. well, you mite hav even made it a good critisism to be really honest now, that was jus all bull, so i was thinking maybe you could jus run along and let your voice brake or sumthing and discover gurls rather than pointlessly annoying people hu actually are doing sumthing with their life. wow you said so many months ago? oh i take it all back then you must be psycich and rite.... so how about you *f* off?

I can't get the full install exe to run.
I don't know why as others from this site open fine.
I really wanted to try this one, oh well..

so.. you want help rigth?
download and still the full 1.66 exe
and then download and still the 1.93 update
load the scenario but make sure not to add any of the c3c fetuares to it or the game will crash.
 
I have downloaded both those files.
But the full 1.66 exe will not run when I open it.
Nothing happens with it.
I do not think it is a problem with my pc
as other exe files work ok.
I hope this makes my problem more clear
and appreciate any idea..
 
:cry: TET 2.0 will be more than 800 MBs? Oh, the humanity? Last night I downloaded the 1.22 patch, only 24.2 MB, and it took over 2 and 1/2 hours. {That's right, out here in the borderlands, the dl speed averages about 2.5 kilobytes/sec. That's KILObytes!} At that rate, it would take over 72 hours to download it. OMG!
Is there anyone who will pity me and burn it to a CD? Oops. Never mind. I don't think they make a CD that will hold 800 MB. I'm screwed. :cry: :cry:

wouldnt it just be easier if it was broken into several parts?
 
ya know you dont hav to download it all at once, thats how i got 1.93 and 1.66, i jus disconnected and when i went back to download it, provided i hadnt moved the file i could continue fromthe same point which i left.
 
That not much.
I have downloaded TWO 31GB bittorrent files(group of files) It took a me whole week to download each.

Te, maybe you should consider making the mood a bittorrent file so that it would be easier to download.
