did anyone here catch the 4400 the season finale last night? i thought it was excellent. this past season seemed a little lackluster to me, but because of the finale, i'm definitely coming back next year.

i thought the whole plot line and all the twists at the end of the show were great. Isabelle grew up overnight, all the 4400 get powers now, and Jordan is actually alive. i can't wait 'till the next season!

I watched a few episodes of the first season once, and it didn't interest me enough to watch it regularly, but I would love it if you updated me on the plot entirely.

I really regret that I clicked on this link.

Is it season 2? Still waiting it to be broadcast here in SEA.

Thanks anyway.

it does say SPOILER, so it's your own fault. :p

You didn't answer my question.

Can you tell me what abducted them, etc etc?

check your PM box for a summary of the show and people from the future abducted them to "save the world" because apparently the future is going down the drain. so they abducted 4400 people and gave them tons of cool powers. they are supposed to save the world little by little by causing "ripple effects".

They were abducted by people from the future and returned with special powers to prevent a major catastrophe involving global warming I think. I can't say much more than that because I havn't been following the series closely.

I just watched it. Very good, it raised far more questions than it answered. Roll on season 3. I wonder if we are going to get a proper season of around 25 episodes next time or are we going to stay with these mini seasons.

Does anyone know anything about an episode called Regal Piece. It's listed on TV Tome under 'other' but there doesn't seem to be much else about it. It was originally listed in season 2

It's ok. Angel, 4400 and Lost is the only reason I watch Tv. Well, other than EPL and CNN off course.

Thanks for sharing. I'll keep note on when it'll broadcast here.

Hm. But wait if the people from the future abducted them to prevent the disaster, and they do, and then the disaster doesn't happen, so then there is no need to send people back, so then no one is sent back, so then the disaster happens, so then there is a need to send people back...

It sounds like a novel idea, instead of just "aliens abduct them for no given reason", but it doesn't quite work. :p

i would assume it is another time travel theory. i guess it is like the grandfather effect, in a sense. i don't know if the grandfather effect is a real theroy or made up my SG-1. either way it is, if you go back in time and kill your grandpa, you can't exsist in your own time because your dad's dad is dead, so your dad doesn't exsist, so you can't either. in the 4400 they send the people back from the future after the abductions so they can stop or kill whoevr of whatever causes the future to suck. therefore the @#$%ty future doesn't exsist so they don't have to send the 4400 back in time again in the future. future history is changed so it doesn't keep repeating. i hope you understood that. :D
