The old civ2 advisors were probably the funniest one, the guy that looked like Patton and screamed "give me more military!"

That guy was the only one whoose advice won you the game if you followed it with any consistency though.

The only computer advice I even consider is city placement, if there is a blue circle near where I was going to settle then I reconsider. There may have been something I missed and I have on occasion changed my mind.

Everything else; city builds, worker jobs and research priorities, I ignore. The computer had no way of knowing what I want to do.
