This mod (located on modhub) changes america's trait from +1 sight and 25% land discount to +1 gold and +1 culture from specialists. Unemployed don't give extra gold, but they do give extra culture. This idea was presented courtesy of Cincinnati C. If you like it make sure to give him kudos

Update: Edited AI to have a lower focus on expansion and gold and higher focus on growth, great people, and infrastructure. Still having issues with the ai picking the right policies... any help would be appreicated here.
Let me know if this trait is too strong, too weak, makes cultural victories too easy etc. I'll probably tweak the ai a little to focus on cultural victories if they become easier for america with this.
