I vote infractions be private. But I'm not really clear on what the infraction stuff is about--are the "terms" like staying true to your role and using your abilities or whatnot? 'Cuz if they are made public, it seems like mafia who try to pretend to be innocent would gain infractins (by acting like innocents and not like mafia).

I have to see the "terms" you speak of first. I'm pretty confused about what that is.

The post count system might work (which I hope it does) it might not. I was thinking of a list of words for the infractions. You would get infracted for saying something (PM, QT, IM, thread, ect.) like lynch instead of permab&.
