    I enjoy being of service to my fellow posters. :king: I also enjoy doing computer art- I hear there's a rumor going around that I do not suck at it.

    So who wants an avatar? I have a huge collection of SMAC images I can post here, and I'll entertain requests.

    If you catch me in the forum, I can sometimes find an image and have you something in minutes. Try me. It makes me happy to see people displaying something I made for them.

    Note to mods: if this service catches on like I think it might, I may need some sort of accommodation to my attachment quota before long.

    Here's a few leaderheads to start off with. I also have the faction logos and all kinds of SMAC(X) things... I have a lot of non SMAC stuff too, but I think I prefer to stay on-topic for this forum for the most part.

    I will do custom jobs, though. Feel free to ask.

    Posting the image you'd like as an avi or giving me a link would be a big plus for quick turn-around. I can do transparent background stuff, too...

    I believe this makes for a complete set of official faction leaders avis. The two guys some of you don't reconize are Sid Meiers in this post and Brian Reyonolds previously, from the two Firaxis factions in your SMACX folder that the game doesn't load automatically.

    It's very annoying that I have all these avatars ready to go at the standard 80x80, but have to spend a minute apiece resizing them to the 70x70 CFC uses...

    max file size is 4.0kb that might be an issue. what is the file size of Mr. Norris.

    Try a transparent .GIF image also if you did not do so yet.
