The end of spot votes in the chat?

I believe that a better system would be to have votes on what to do I the different department. The leaders and deputies could then act as advisers to the voters and to be able to call a tie (they could however be overtuned by the President). This would be a different system of government with the true power lying with the people - Power to the People!

These votes could last up to a certain deadline (over several days). This system would allow everybody to participate!

Another thought: if this government change happened change the title of President to First Citizen.

If this system proves popular we cold have a vote for the revaluation.

Well if we're both thinking it, it must be a good idea.

Are there any rules in calling for a revolution - purhaps it could be voted for at election time (put it up as with the candidates with it first ever 'first citizen' as I called it)
