you will get off easier if you tell us who your accomplice is so if i were in your shoes now i would tell us

i would propose:
* he will have to pay for the replacement of things he destroyed. all his possessions are sold for this purpose
* if he is still in debt, 40% of his regular income will be used to pay this debt. 20% of it will be payed to the police, 40% to the prison+wards
* if he is out of debt, 50% of his income goes to police and 50% to the prison+wards
* he will stay in prison until he payed all debt or at least 2 turnchats

when released from prison he is fully rehabilitated. although his crime would be registered in his records and on a second crime he will be punished MUCH harder...

I only sold him some weapons (I'm a guy living off base income and a few sales a month for God's sake), and unless I'm mistaken I haven't been implicated by him as an accomplice.
