The Kremlin + Universal Suffrage!

Wow, with these two together and an extremely healthy economy one can really pump out the units and or buildings across your empire! For example, for a cost of just over a 1,000 gold I was able to buy out the Ironworks in just one turn, knocking it's production time down from its starting 28 turns! I can imagine the amount saved hurrying production up until the Kremlin is rendered obsolete will be quite considerable!

Now, my question is does the Kremlin also work with the Slavery civic by reducing by 50% the number of population required to hurry the production?

I assume it does but I will never find out because I'll never use my population to rush production even if it is half price.

But yes Kremlin + Universal Suffrage is awesome.

And plus the Kremlin standing in your city is so beautiful. So colourful!

well hurrying with pop. is really WAY better than in Civ3 where I have never ever done it. It is a viable and necessary option when you are attacked and unprepared.
