I hate to say it, but my opinion of Universal Sufferage has dropped considerably. It seems to have absolutely no effect on WW. I've gone without it, and have built it. I've had high WW in either case, maybe one turn difference between debilitating WW at most.
The UN is something to build just to keep your enemies from building it.
SETI goes in the highest science producing city.
There are minor tweaks in the game that are needed. You can do most of them in the CIVEDIT, but I see we all want it out of the box as we would have it in CIVEDIT. I don't think Firaxis will ever be able to please everyone.
