The names thread

Let's start naming all our units:) I did not notice that the scout had a name, until just now. Naming the units will make it easier to keep track of what unit is doing what / going where ("Maceman 24" or "Worker 16" is going to be very hard to keep track of). :crazyeye:

We should have a system for naming the units... for example, all the US Battleships are named after US States (at least that's how they used to do it). Maybe all our warriors could be named after Marvel Heroes or Star Trek characters or Countries or whatever...:) That way it would be easier to remember what each warrior was doing. Plus it adds a personal touch... don't you think?

The scout is already named "Sir Robin"

I vote for:
Warrior 1 - Hulk
Warrior 2 - Spiderman
Warrior 3 - Wolverine

Worker 1 - India
Worker 2 - France
Worker 3 - America

can other teams see our unit names?

later on it would be sensible to have some structure in how we name our units, or groups of units.

However if other teams can read the names this might give away info - then again it also could be used for deception. My god is that the 557th cavalry regiment

Yeah the other teams can see our unit names. So naming one of our 4 warriors as "Warrior 12" is a technique (although I doubt the other teams would fall for it since they can check demographics).

I think we should all take turns on naming our units. There doesn't need to be a particular theme like we have for our cities, just whatever each team members wants. This will let everyone express themselves and add a little bit of flavor to the game.
