Regarding the adjective, are adjectives formed from nouns in the Mongolian language? If there's a mechanism, I think it's worth considering, if anyone's able to figure it out.

implies that adjectivisation is done by adding "-toi" Which generates "Yasutantoi"
Although, knowing languages the adjectivisation is bound to be irregular in some way...

If we were to go down that path for adjectivisation, I think taking some creative liscence and making it "Yasutanoi" sounds better


Incidentally, the initially post considers Yasutan and "Our land" in Mongol as two different choices at the moment... Which makes me wonder, of the people who wanted a Mongol name, how many don't like Yasutan?

I love that name yasutan, it's a very interesting and exotic name, I just don't want us to get stuck using mongolian names for all of our cities, it probably will get quite tiresome after a while

I completly agree with that. A little Mongol flavour to start with is a positive thing, in my opinion, but obviously we must not allow flavour to become restriction

Are 7 & 8 the same thing? I think they ended up being seconded by the same people... So I think that 7 shouldn't be a poll option... But that said, there might be some who want a Mongol translation but don't like Yasutan?

I dunno... It's up to whoever opens the poll, I guess?
