I think that is very good decision!
It would have been sad if all the work you
have done had been wasted.

Rocoteh
Indeed. If you saw how much your argument would be much further bolstered.

some 3 weeks from now.

Yes, I hope that.
The situation is tough for scenarios without
custom units, still I think this multiplayer-version
will interest many people.

just make sure it is not absolutely massive...

... oh yes, youre computer is much better than mine...

I refer to my old computer when I plan to release
a scenario. Thus I DO NOT think:
Waiting time is only 2 minutes on my new computer,
then it is OK.

Well, that is good :) Becasue there are some scenarios that I have tried to load that have taken over 3 hours that I pretty much said screw it and shut CIVIII off.

Your RAM is not up to date.
RAM is crucial in CIV3/C3C.

I've got 1 gig. You scenario takes about 1-2 minutes to load. Keep up the good work!

CT, when I saw that you had been the last person to post here before reading your post you scared the hell out of me. I thought you were closin the thread  Well, now that I know that you didnt I feel mich better :D .

1 gig of RAM? That is alot. I myself will be getting a new comp in... 5 months so then I will be able to actually test the scenarios created. You cannot imagine how that feels.

Contrary to what one could think (with regard to the low number
of posts here) TGW-Global 1.9c is still alive.

250 hours of playtesting have been invested.
I have been away for a week but will now resume playtesting.

Its possible I will change start date to 1880.
Then of course the name of the scenario also will change.

Why would you change it to that date?

One important reason is that I want to avoid
locked alliances to give a more open "what if" game-play.

In fact, for that reason its possible I will change it
to 1878 to avoid the alliance between Germany and Austria-Hungary.

I like it, it allows much more things to happen rather than things that have to happen in the case of alliances.
