Sexually transmitted diseases, rashes on your crotch basically.
Sexually transmitted diseases. And sex isn't inherently the only way to spread them, just the common way. Like HIV, they could be transmitted by blood in a transfusion or injury or sharing needles. They tend to resist transmission by more casual contact.

But saliva has certain amount of anti-biotic properties, and many infectious virus and bacteria do not live long outside the body, so do not readily transmit by air or contact. And the skin on most of the body resists having it penetrate unless the skin is cut or abraded.

So smoking cigars calms me down and lets me focus, but it also makes my room smell bad.
1) I will not chew
2) I will not smoke cigarettes
3) Smoking outside is not feasible because cigars take so long to smoke.

Well it all depends I guess on your moral code really. If you have no qualms killing other people from foreign nations, many of whom are equally as innocent as you, then it is the perfect job. You get to see other nations, get great benefits (relatively), and you have employers that are more willing to hire you once you're out. On the other hand, it really is disturbing that people derive pleasure from killing others, much like a psychopath would.
