great merchants? are you kidding? in the early stages of the game, the most important possible great people to get are great prophets and great engineers. i definitely wouldnt build a wonder at this stage just for great merchant points.

Already changed to the desert tile in fear of the wrath of the GREAT niffweed.

So we are... when I said Brits, I obviously meant spain, or whoever that orange city is over to the east of the capitol. In any case, we need a war around here... we've looked around enough. I suggest we send Smells Like Niffweed on a suicide mission.
