The Second Ever Civ IV Anarchy Game!

Ended next turn, the lion didn't attack, so S's son fortifies. PH continues to go around Greece. Question: Does "go around" mean that he goes all the way around, or just halfway and then continues to explore west?

Halfway and then to the NW.

Ended turn, Shillen's son's lion moved back to the grassland next to SS.

We research Polytheism! Pottery comes in 4, not 5, but we only have 28 gold and we're losing 5/turn.

Lost Desert's warrior is built. He needs a name...

Smells Like Niffweed is done with his scouting of the north. Not too useful terrain up there, though:

He needs new orders.

Okay, Greek Sentinel is fortifying. Ended turn, and Judaism was founded in a distant land - i.e. not Washington. No one's converted yet, though.

Should Shillen's son keep fortifying? The lion just goes back and forth between the plains next to him and the grassland peninsula (which only borders the plains).

PikeHoses is turning NW - he saw a bear so he decided that he was half-way around Athens.

Played another turn. The cowardly lion that was around when we founded Lost Desert is back, and PikeHoses can see the bear that he saw earlier (or is it a different bear?). I'll post a screenshot if you want.

Shillen's son, GO AFTER THE LION!

Is PH just clever or not born to be a scout? Good call, anyway.

Just scout *cough* run away */cough*.

Okay, the year is now 2300 BC. We researched Pottery, so we can build cottages. Conveniently, Diggity McDigger is done with his plethora of orders he was given earlier. Here's the city view for Twoddlenpqirfjy:

PikeHoses is running away from the bear, but still continuing in a somewhat northwesterly direction.

On the economic front, we're losing 5 gold a turn (4 from distance and 1 from Paganism), and we have 13 left. Should we go down from 100% yet? (I won't end my turn until I have an answer). Priesthood comes in 2 turns if we don't.

Catherine switched to Organized Religion, so it looks like she founded Judaism. Hmmm...she also has Hinduism.

Wow, that's cool. I wrote that before I knew you wanted it...

Have the worker road the mine and all the way up to the cows where he builds a pasture.

Citizen work WW and gold mine after we finished the settler as soon as possible.

Finish the current tech with 100% and then settle to even research %.

Okay, I just played two turns.

Shillen's lion is just going back and forth - Shillen's son is still fortified there.

We researched Priesthood - need another two techs:

I'll get that map as soon as we have the techs taken care of (it won't let me exit w/o choosing one).
