Prologue: A scientific research company named Ghoughpteighbteau (ironically pronounced "potato") Inc. have sent you and a couple of friends into a virtual reality world where you must build a civilization from the ground. Ghoughpteighbteau Inc. is calling this "The Society Project." Once your civilization has been finished building, people from around the world will be going into the virtual reality world and they'll be living there, well... for the rest of their natural lives. So, can you build a civilization that will impress the populous? That is for you to find out.

Important Info:
The first turn is Turn 0, in 4000 BC. The game ends when someone triggers a victory. If no one triggers a victory before Turn 500 (16000 AD), then the player with the most Gold wins. Time is measured as if this was a game in Standard Game Pace, meaning that 1 turn is 40 years. If you declare a private action (i.e. enacting terrorism, raiding a city, etc.) in the comments it will automatically disqualify you from this IAAR. Unnamed cities, governmental parties, religions, etc. will be named after you (i.e. if there is a player named "Michael" and he founds a religion but does not name it, it will automatically be named "Michaelism")

Actions:
Found a City - You create a city for your empire; it is a public action, meaning that you must declare this action via the comments, and not via PM; doing so will disqualify you from this IAAR.
Found a Government - You create a government for your empire; it is a public action.
Found a Governmental Party - You create a party for your government; public.
Found a Religion - You create a religion for your empire; public.
Produce a Unit - You acquire a unit for your empire; public.
Create a Building - Workers create a building for your empire; public.
Create a Wonder - Workers create a World Wonder for your empire; public.
Adopt a Social Policy - You adopt a Social Policy for your empire; public.
Research a Technology - You research a Technology for your empire; public.
Move a Unit - You move a unit; public.
Trade With Another Player - You trade resources with another player; public.
Attack a Unit - You make a unit attack another unit; private, meaning that you must declare this action via PM, and not via the comments; doing so will disqualify you from this IAAR.
Declare War Against Another Player - You declare war against another player; private.
Enact Terrorism - You enact a terrorism project (i.e. kidnapping, murder, nuclear attack, etc.) against another player; private.
Raid an Empire - You are aloud to claim another player's territory; private. However, you had to defeat them in war first.
 
The IAAR will start when we have atleast 4 players. If we have that many by tomorrow, then we will begin at around 12:30 PM (GMT -5:00). If not, then we will start whenever we get 4 players.
 
You would all be running a separate civilization. You can ally another civilization, but you can't be part of that civilization.
 
Okay, there's going to be a bit of a delay of starting the IAAR (if we manage to reach 4 players today). The reason for the delay is a very complex, yet boring reason, but I'll just say this: we probably won't be starting until around 5:30 PM (GMT -5:00) if we manage to reach 4 players soon. Thank you.

By "other 2," do you mean Realpolitik and Governments and Politics 2, or 2 other IAAR's?

Nope i mean the Empire of the Smoky Skies Realpolitik and Dawn of Man. GaP2 died awhile ago unfortunately because that was fun to read.
