why in the name of the baby jesus, if im in a city with a harbour, and a cannon army, can i not attack some dickweed who parks his galleon or gally beside me???

it isnt a huge deal, but if you go to an old fort, you will note CANNONS POINTING OUT TO SEA

yes. I would be perfectly happy, if it would just push the gally/galleon one spot out to sea.

and if they move to the other side of the point, the wind changes direction immediately. and if there is 2 boats on either East West side of the city, the wind changes accordingly.
