I always automate my workers

I always use the same set ups for civilizations (i.e Policies/Wonders)

I never specialize my cities and let it Governor itself (i.e Default Focus/Production Focus during wonder time building)

I never go warmonger in big maps (6+ civs)

I never set production queues. I always set the new build order for each city upon the previous item's construction, each time, even if I know exactly what order I want things in. This wastes a lot of time for micromanagement, especially on a slow laptop, but one must give the OCD its dues.
