IMO, FlyingPig should scout since animals are no threat to LionScare.

Open worldbuilder, create a modern tank named 'Cheat? Not Me!' in the capital city. Close worldbuilder. When 'Cheat? Not Me!' is active, select 'scout' option. The next time 'Cheat? Not Me!' asks for orders, disband it.
