You'd have to cap that monk somehow. I can see it being very abusive with stacks of travelling monks.

ahhh but would that be considered abuse? or stratagy? also to help prevent that just make it be worth more sheilds or be created ever what ever turns from a wonder like the Knights Templar. theres plenty of possibilities but lol i dont think it will go into civ4 lol
