Plus, in India, every single jailhouse is a tomb for the dead.

That's actually pretty morbid when you think about it. The Indians use the capital punishment for every crime, thus reducing the crime rate and making citizens happier?

If the War on Afghanistan took place in Civ IV, it would be impossible to kill Osama bin Laden since he's holed up in one of those mountain ranges (unless you use a nuke).

Upon capturing a city, it will revolt for a few years, a few decades, or even a few centuries depending on the speed of your game.

In Civ IV, if you send out a Great Spy to explore uncharted terrain, you somehow get to talk with other civilizations even if your Great Spy is invisible.

Well, a pseudo-scientific/mystical explanation could be that spies aren't working undercover and visible, they really are invisible. However, they all have an astral body walking around doing the talking.

True. But it may be difficult to have contacts in the post office when you're invisible. On the other hand: What really needs a good explanation, is how spies are made invisible. I mean, if we accept the fact that they aren't just normal, boring undercover agents.
