I just got a quest where I am tasked to build either 5 Nuclear Plants or Hydro Plants to reduce my dependence on fossil fuels 
goodjob and if I am running environmentalism I get a bonus. Thing is, I already have 6 Hydro Plants in my cities and, correct me if Im wrong, but I cant find the environmentalism civic! I hope its just been renamed, but if it has, does that still count?
Btw Im running ROM 2.81 with AND
