@TF: WHy not in the file forums?
Because people will create D/Ls to up their rating, and lower others.

(Probably) Because C & C forums are one of the things that new people come here for (Before finding OT and the rest), and it's one of the most active ones with new people. (Sometimes of the day even more active then OT)

No, the thread rating feature works correctly. What it does is it allows you to change your vote after you voted in a thread.
