I too can never find the time to complete a game. I average 40 hours per game which was OK in my previous job but not now. Then, I couldn't understand how people couldn't find the time. Now I do undertand.
My opinion has remain unchanged for the last year or so. I think there should be a new game every month, but you should have 6 weeks to complete it. In that way more people would be able to complete a game even if they can only compete in every other game, or two out of three, whatever.
