Timer for voting. Majority rules.

I'd like to see some things to make multi-player less of a hassle.

Too many games are held hostage while people are waiting to vote on if the game should continue, quit, or wait for someone to reconnect.

Someone's off making a sandwich and the rest of the game waits for them to return -- meanwhile they don't vote. People join and leave games and slow the heck out of the game if the game doesn't have a password.

Why not have a timer on the vote? Let it be 60 seconds to vote, after that, majority rules. Currently the whole game could be held up for HOURS waiting on one person to vote.

If you have NOT voted within 60 seconds, you're considered to abstain, and your vote times out.

Anything would work, just something where one spoil-sport can't purposefully kill a game that he's losing just by refusing to vote.

Yep, I agree. This is DEFINITELY needed. Requiring a unanimous vote is just stupid. I've run into too many n00bs who think a player is coming back so they just click 'wait' while the rest of us yell at them. Eventually the game just disintegrates. Letting a big 8 player match which we've been playing for hours and hours go to pot because of a single idiot is such a waste. A majority vote makes a LOT more sense.
