I'm here...busy day over here...the German emprie took a huge step foward as the first swordsmen appeared and were moved via road to the front. Our archers have wasted another inferior commie warrior and our spearman is moving in position to fortify in the mountain overlooking St Petersburg. Another barrac ks was completed and our third city, Hamburg was founded. Word is that those who support the German war effort will be rewarded beyond their wildest dreams. More swordsmen are on their way and because of the brracks they will all be veterans. Hopefully the Russian club bearing warriors will allow our Germanic swordmen to advance to elite status as we cut them down with our swords like fields of wheat under the scythe..

Barbarians approach our cities, but they will be in for a nasty surprise, the Mongol towns are well defended. There will be some battles soon, and we will be victorious!
Mongol scouts are along the edge of Germany, and witnessed the founding of Hamburg. Mean looking Teutonic archers prowl the area.
The mongols are in a position to assist Germany in its war on Russia. We await their proposal, what shall they reward their allies with?

We have 4 cities now, and are fortifying. I will attack Russia will maui, but I want a guarantee of future peace for doing so.
Germany criss-crosses the penisula base, so we need a RoP with maui to link up.

You don't need a RoP when playing with humans, you just need to say "hey this guy isn't going to attack you"...

But that was funny anyway.Chancellor Maui Duck of Germanland - The Mongols are asking permission to traverse your territory, and seek the Ottopeople to your north. In return, Mongols will declare formal war on Russia, and vow not to attack Germany for a long time.

The Mongols await an answer from the German Chancellor, and thus await declaring war. Work continues on roads that will bring new and wondrous goods to our cities. Scouts discover a barbarian camp near Germany, and must flee.
In good faith, it lies east of Hamburg. Take 'em out maui.
Our first temple will be complete in a few turns. We need somewhere to worship our war god. Many troops being trained for a possible attack on Russia, or to defend our homes if need be.
