I'm playing my first game and I'm noticing quite frequently, on the CIV AI reaction modifiers list, that sometimes it contains simultaneously:
+1: Our open borders have ... bla bla
-1: Our closed borders have ... bla bla bla
The Civ in question has in fact signed Open Borders with me, so I don't really understand what's going on. Have anyone else noticed this?
Maybe I will post a screenshot of it later (I can't resist playing some more!)
(BTW, I'm running it on a ATI RADEON 9800 XT without problems, despite being slower than Doom 3).
