It s not because the developpers change the gameplay that give a bad civ.
You are always crying about this or that feature disappeared from the old version
without keep in mind the new system have been think for.
You are too "conservator"... the old Civ 1to4 was based to the micromanagement plus specific variable like religion or spying, just useless in the gameplay...
I like the "back to standard" orientation of Civ 5. I play the CiV gameboard new generation, and it looks like Civ 5. The new strategic game industries apply the German model right now, more simplistic, accessible, oiled... The American system is out to date with number, variable, calculation...to loud.
Be sure i m an hardcore gamer with board and video strategic game...
And that s why i love CiV 5, and my multiplayer friend too... now our discuss on teamspeak ingame about diplomatic and business are hot !!!
That's what i wait from a game like civ... i m ok with Civ V then...
