Top of the screen in gameplay

After the patch, the top of the screen that shows gold, GPT, culture, etc. shrunk (For example going from font size 20 to 10). Does anyone know how to fix this and make it as big as it used to be? Oh yeah, I use the Windows 8 version of Civ 5 if that has to do with it. Thanks.

Isn't this a setting in the options where you can choose to use a small or big UI?
