China did fall quite rapidly... that advance far exceeded my expectations. I think I just blitz'd so fast that Luthor didn't even get a chance to redeploy properly.

I was also suprised with the speed of it!

Not expecting such speed I did some mistakes like not demobilizing some Art units nor destroying roads inside China (while I could). China had very little mobility inside China after so many air bombardements so it was difficult to shift troops around, not being able to counter-react against those fast NI's.

What also gave me an edge is the amount of green troops I was able to promote by killing China's redlined troops. That gave me a sizable amount of NI to abuse.

I saw all those conscripts and I'd expect it to have a negative effect on the Japanese production (less population, less happiness, etc) but in the end it didn't seem that way!


I must say you've created a 'best practice' in the conquest of China!
