How hard have you looked? I got it several months ago for 2-3 bucks more than it would have cost to ret RTW with the expansions.

RTW is still winning. Maybe the fact that you are asking the question indicates that you are not a hard core TW player, so that the advice isn't so bad for you, but RTW is in comparison to the rest of the series like Heroes IV, like Silent hunter II, like X2:Threat, like Panzer General 3d, like Close Combat V. - a kind of a good game, but considered a rotten egg for hardcore players of the series for multiple reasons.
