well.......I think Medieval 2 is great....maybe I think you're just saying this cuz you don't have a good computer.....
Well, my friend, I hate to boast--fact is, I
loathe to boast--but I rather believe that my rig is good enough for my gaming needs: an AMD microprocessor of a model not quite 1 year old (not Pentium!--Pentium's not as good at gaming as Athlon 64FX is, no matter what Intel claims), a quite satisfactory ATI GPU that allows me to play ALL Total War games, including the mods and Europa Barbarorum, and my PC is loaded with 430 GB of hard disk space--enough, I think, to have about 130 different games in it. I'm sorry to say, though, that my PC isn't VERY fast enough for Call of Duty 4 or the latest Brothers in Arms games, but I don't care much about FPS games anyway.
One funny thing I notice in many people who post on forums like this--they easily jump into the wrong conclusions about other contributors (whom they know nothing about--maybe who's at the other side of the world, for all they know), then play the sarcastic tough-guy-sounding person. You don't know me, my friend, and you don't know my rig (which, by the way, is lined up this June for adding a Physics card). If my PC isn't THAT good (and if I haven't spent HUNDREDS of hours playing
all varieties of Total War games), maybe I'm not really who I am. I temporarily stopped playing TW games ONLY because I acquired both Civ IV and Civ IV Warlords lately. Soon I'll go back to playing Total War when I've gotten enough of Civs. So you don't know me, you don't know my PC, and you don't know how long I've been at Total War. (Maybe, if we both have the time, I'll teach you how to wage biological warfare with Total War
without shedding one drop of your warriors' blood, and maybe win bloodless one enemy city or two.
Hawooh.
