If 22. ... cxd4 then 23. e5

Well, after the queen exchange you can get a very dangerous pawn. I'm very glad to cause you some problems as you are one of the best players in the forum :-)

yes a passed pawn is generally a good thing. But is it enough compensation?..right now I feel like I will have to fight to hold this game.Although there are pitfalls to come...

20. Qxd2 Qxe5
21. f4 Qd4+
22. Qxd4 Nd7

oh yes :o

20. Qxd2 Qxe5

Now I realised what has been my mistake. I should have not advanced my pawns to white squares. I should have kept them in black squares and advance the queen side pawns to black squares too.

26. f5 Bc8
27. Kh2 Bg5
28. Kg3 Be3

I dunno.I kinda like g4 but I would have played 25.Bxg7 first.Making the c pawn into a passed pawn seems like a good idea.

I'm getting alittle worried about the tournament.Redwarfian is AWOL.mep has not been around for a week and living in Jerusalem...I'm concerned for his well being.I hope Rain is about but just doesn't have an opponent present recently...

Well, Redwarfian has never been very active. I hope mep is in holidays and has no problems (although is not normal that he didn't tell anything).
