Trading bug? AI cancel trades the turn after...

So, I've run into this several times in all the games I've played I think. But the AI will cancel a trade say you give the silver for X gold and X gold per turn. The next turn they will cancel the trade. But, they'll engage the trade the next turn again.

Anyone run into this?
