Also Escorted workers and engineers cancel maintenance and provide gold for the military unit also in friendly borders. We like the gold fee on districts although it could use more buildings or multiple copies, I need the work<> Maybe using iron niter and horses. OR then use these resources for trade missions instead of being harassed by incoming calls for your first 6 niter and copies of luxury resources.
