Tradition finisher not working completely

• Tradition Finisher
  +15% Food (was 10)
  +1 per 5 (was 10)

Playing TBC V8.6.16, I got the tradition finisher, but only the happiness boost seems to work. The only food bonus I get is the 20% Surplus Food from Landed Elite.

Is this a bug or a feature (in this version)?

Surely it's a bug if the finisher clearly says that your cities get +15% food but you don't receive it.

Thanks for pointing this out. I've located and fixed the bug for v8.7.1.
