@Naervod - You need to summarize what the charges are in the first post. Especially with the PI storm we are enduring it is critical to have this information in order to hold the confusion to a minimum.

NOT GUILTY

As the infraction was corrected with no loss of shields or other hardship there is no cause for a PI. In every previous case where the suspect action was corrected, the PI was withdrawn. I had expected this one to be withdrawn when Chieftess corrected the situation. In any case, as there is no actual damage caused there is no way I can find Chieftess guilty of these charges.

I voted Innocent for mainly two reasons:

• -What she did wasn't out of bad intentions to override the governor's queue.
  
  -And the *4* PI threads have more to do with a circus than with justice.

RedRain's PI was withdrawn when she corrected her wrong. Why should this be any different?

The intent behind the breaking of the law and the harm done by the breaking of the law are things to consider when handing down a punishment, not when deciding if the law was actually broken or not. I am voting guilty since the governor's build queues was not implemented when it should have been.

I am curious as to why Shaitan has now decided Chieftess is not guilty since he posted here that he would vote guilty if the PI was not dropped. What prompted you to change your mind Shaitan?

I thought this whole thing started because Chieftess had gone out of her way to personally insult you and your province? It was started for personal reasons, so why shouldn't personal reasons be considered when handing down a verdict?

Sickened by the circus. Chieftess did two things wrong. She worked a tile for irrigation instead of a mine and missed a build queue. For that she has been cannoned with 6 PI's, only one of which is applicable to what she did. She fixed the problem for the single applicable PI.

There are several threads right now where some people are trying to come up with solutions to the problems that were revealed here. In every one of those as well as just about every governmental thread you will find repeated posts from Cyc asking people to post against Chieftess in the PI threads. Intentionally moving the focus from productive problem solving to the morass of revenge he gave birth to is reprehensible. Cyc has made it abundantly clear that the entire proceedings have nothing to do with fixing things, but rather to punish CT for an imagined slight of him. I refuse to be a party to that.

People of Fanatika, you must vote guilty on this charge. There is a reason that only one PI out of 4 was polled. It's because this PI is surely one the Chieftess can easily be found guilty of. They put this one out alone, knowing you would shun it or vote innocent out of personal feelings. PI #1 has already been in Judicial Review for no merit, so it will never see a poll. Shaitan and his cronies will use the same defense on PI #3 that they used with the Octavian/Falcon PI. That Chieftess could not possibly have broken a law that was written for me. (remember, I told you they would do that!) 40J is turning a blind eye to PI #2, ignoring the facts of the PI and ignoring the evidence that I produced at his requests. No matter what I provide, it will not help as 40J wants Chieftess to win. So that's 3 PI that don't stand a chance. This one does. As a Nation, we should stick together and win this one. Don't let the Mods rule your world! Fight back. We need to pull together to make sure one of these stick, and this is the only one you'll be allowed to vote on.

Justice has already been achieved. Chieftess corrected her error. All that is left is vengeance and, as the previous two posts show very clearly, that is all that this is about. To paraphrase post #15, "You must vote guilty because the other PI's may be dismissed or people may vote innocent if they come to poll. The merits of this case do not matter, the only important thing is to find Chieftess guilty."

Cyc, you seriously need to step back and take a couple of big breaths. I am not joking here and am saying this as a friend and long time compatriot through over a solid year of demogaming. Read your post #15 dispassionately. Have somebody who is not involved with all of this read that post and tell you honestly what they think. Maybe you're just too angry at CT and are not saying things how you think you are but this is crazy talk. Look at these statements of yours. There is nothing there about the actual charge against CT. It genuinely appears to be some sort of hyperemotional conspiracy theory. "They", "Shaitan and his cronies", "FortyJ" and "the mods" are all out to get you and the innocent people of Fanatika? Everybody who disagrees with your tactics or your interpretation of the rules is included in this evil group of conspirators. Either you actually believe what you are writing, in which case you need to calm down and get away from this for a while, or you are trying to mobilize a paranoid mob to carry out your vengeance upon Chieftess. Either way, this is not at all good or healthy.

That's funny, Shaitan. I was going to say your first line in your post to you. Its you who needs to step back and take some deep breaths. You were the one who put up bold posts in the PI's. You're the one making wild statements about the validity of them still. You say you are boycotting them, but you keep carrying on your rediculous monologues and loose paraphrasing about the items that you are boycotting. It's you, Shaitan, who are making this into a circus with your wild statements. This is not the way of a Mod. But then you might be picking up eyrei's bad habits. Who knows. It could be all that coffee.

Oh, and btw, you're not a psychiatrist. I just thought I'd clue you in. I don't know how long you have been thinking you're one, but you're not. It's just another dream.
