I found a bug!

If you try to load a save from a non-"square" scenario map, C7 crashes. "Square" in quotes since Civ is isometric, but in essence we've only been using 80x80, 100x100, etc. maps.

Wrote up as Issue #59.

I'll probably get around to fixing it some time in the next few days. Holiday events are starting up, so my participation is likely going to be more varied for the next couple weeks.

Edit: Opened a PR to fix it. Napoleonic Europe saves are a good example to use for testing it, but a lot of scenario saves would work.
