Stop here for input, since those 2 have Comb I think switching to Electricity > Industrialism for tanks/marines and trade for Comb. we need to combine the two fleets on the East Coast. I dropped off all the fleets to on the East Coast one on the West Coast. The one on the West Coast as a GG, which I think needs to be a Medic3.

I'll be gone this weekend. I'll check on any progress Sunday afternoon

Nukes make people angry, but who cares since we're going to steamroll them all anyway right? :) I'm cool with nukes.

Started playing, got to T284 (1828AD) and WvO just ditched Cyrus. We're not in any kind of ready position to attack but I'm thinking we should declare immediately just so he doesn't re-vassal, and we can take out WvO as our next target.

He has rifles, grens, and ironclads but nothing in the numbers it would take to stop our army. Also, I grabbed combustion before Electricity so we have the ability to run $$ for a few turns and upgrade a bunch of frigates to destroyers which will obliterate his navy.

Thoughts?

Bagged 2 of WvO's cities and he capitulated. I gave the cities back to him and our troops are (now) back in home territory approximately where they were before we went on that little side adventure.

Have vassals teching:
WvO = Flight
Wash = Refrigeration
Toku = Medicine

We finished Fission and Rocketry and are now (queued, no turns) set for Industrialism.

Manhattan Project done in 5 turns.

Our defenses are much better (machine guns and infantry, 3+ per city) and I've been accumulating some new troops and navy for our push against Cyrus. There is also a (very) small force building (mostly from drafts) down in our Southern region to take those 2 cities of Mansa's. Note building a few Anti-Tanks since Mansa has Industrialism and Cyrus is likely not far behind on it, those should be with our attack force.

Airships posted all over the place and we can watch a LOT of territory.

Great Person due in just a few turns from Spaceball One. Most likely a scientist, in which case bulb I think.

After Industrialism finishes we should go 100% cash for a while and upgrade all of our troops and most of the ships. Cyrus has a big army, but they're all over the tech map. I've seen longbows, elephants, muskets, rifles, machine guns, cavalry, so pretty much a bit of everything. If all of our troops are modern ones we should have a nice advantage.

Have kept an eye on trades with vassals and renegotiate them when possible (and when it makes sense).

I think we're in good shape, probably one round of 15-20 turns and then we're ready to go against Cyrus/Mansa.
